PURPOSE OF THE GROUP

This course is for those women who have already participated in the EMBOLC Women’s Group, Part 1 & 2.

Part 3 aims to continue the supportive space where women sharing similar stories and situations are met with recognition and where no explanation is needed. It is all about women supporting women and standing stronger together.

Part 3 is different in character from Part 1 & 2 as it lasts for 12 months and no new tools will be part of the course. In part 3, we support each other in continuing our practice and in further implementing the tools from part 1 & 2 so they become a natural part of our every day and assist us in continuing to stand stronger in ourselves.

We continue to train embracing all of our feelings, so they do not control us but instead show us the way to healing. We continue the journey of learning to listen to our soul and follow its’ guidance, while increasing the contact to our feminine, creative and sensual side.

THEMES & PROCESS

All tools from Part 1 & 2 will be available through an online platform on EMBOLC.org that make them easy to access from anywhere at any time – grounding, checking into your body, sense training, drawing your circle, balancing your solar plexus, surrendering to what is, acceptance, gratitude, opening your heart and listening to the wisdom of your soul and trust.

Just as in course 1, all women are invited into an online room, which is available as needed. It is a safe space offering sparring, coaching and soul-healing. Your own needs determine how much time you spend in the online group. There is no right or wrong. Your needs are in focus, and everyone is met exactly where they are in that moment. Lotte replies in the group Monday-Friday with a few exceptions that will be announced ahead of time.

TIMEFRAME – 12 MONTHS FROM JUNE 1 2020 – MAY 31, 2021

The course runs for 12 months and includes 12 online meetings.

We meet online the first Monday of each month at 8 AM US West Coast, 11 am US East Coast, 5 pm DK.

If you are unable to attend any of the 12 online sessions, they are recorded, so you have the opportunity to watch any session at your convenience.

PRICE

$75/month or $750/12 months – Save $150 by paying up front. The course can be supplemented by individual sessions.
